Step by step

  1. Start in the customer record

    Open the customer and check name, address and contact person. These are the details quotes, contracts and invoices pull in, so fix them here, not in each document.

  2. Create the quote on the customer

    Create the quote directly from the customer, so line items, prices and recipient are linked correctly and the quote lands in the customer’s history.

  3. Turn the agreement into a contract

    When the quote is accepted, create the contract on the same customer with dates and terms, instead of typing the details again.

  4. Invoice from the same record

    The invoice uses the customer’s payment details and can reference both the quote and the contract, so the whole journey can be traced from one place.
