Connect vehicles, locations and operations.
Fogito GPS & fleet management gives you an overview of vehicles, trips, history, geofencing, alerts and fleet data, and connects to tasks, time tracking and documentation.
From the map to trip playback, alerts and geo-zones.
Follow the whole flow in the demo: open a vehicle and see its tracker status, review the trip history, play a drive back on the map, create an alert rule and draw a geo-zone.
The whole fleet in one overview.
Vehicle overview
See vehicles, assets and devices in one overview.
Position and status
Follow the latest position, status and activity when GPS hardware is installed and connected.
Groups and ownership
Organise vehicles by team, area, department or usage type.
From data to action.
Document usage and patterns
Review routes, start/stop, parking, movement and historical events. Use trip history as the basis for internal follow-up, customer questions or operations, and spot driving patterns and deviations that need action.
Respond when something needs action
Define areas and get notified when vehicles enter or leave. Use alerts for speed, movement, unauthorised use, jamming, towing or other events where the installed hardware supports it, and link events to follow-up or tasks.
One event in the engine. The right people notified in seconds.
The coolant passes 110 degrees, oil pressure drops, or the tank loses fuel overnight. The device in the vehicle reads the signals, Fogito matches them against your rules, and the right people are notified straight away: SMS, push in the app and email.
The GPS device collects the signals from the vehicle and sends them encrypted over the mobile network to Fogito.
Which signals are available depends on the vehicle and the installed hardware. We review your fleet and the rules in the demo.
Advanced data, where the hardware supports it.
Driving behaviour
Follow acceleration, hard braking, cornering, idling and eco-driving, where the installed hardware supports it.
Driver ID
Identify drivers via RFID, iButton or beacon, where the installed hardware supports it.
Diagnostics
Use CAN/OBDII, fault codes, engine hours, fuel data, odometer and tachograph data, where the installed hardware supports it.
Environment and special data
Temperature, BLE sensors, camera, ADAS, asset tracking and other extensions can be used, where the installed hardware supports it.
GPS is part of operations, not a system on the side.
Tasks
GPS data can add context to service visits, customer locations and field work.
Time tracking
Time and location can be combined where it fits the workflow.
Documentation
Trips, history and events can become part of the company documentation.
Invoicing and follow-up
Relevant data can be used as part of follow-up, invoice basis or customer dialogue, depending on the setup.

Is GPS & fleet management a separate platform?
No. GPS & fleet management is part of the Fogito platform and can be connected with tasks, time, documentation and invoicing.
What data can Fogito show?
Fogito can show GPS position, trips, history, geofencing and alerts. Advanced data such as CAN/OBDII, tachograph, driver ID, fuel and temperature depends on what the installed hardware supports.
Can we use existing hardware?
That is something we clarify in the demo. Compatibility depends on devices, protocol, data access and setup.
Can Fogito be used for service vehicles?
Yes. Fogito can be used for service vehicles, vans and mobile teams.
Can GPS be connected with tasks?
Yes, where it fits the workflow. GPS can be used together with tasks, time and documentation.
