Who can become a Fogito partner?

What is the difference between Prime, Premier and Platinum?

Prime refers customers. Premier runs more of the sales. Platinum owns the customer relationship, handles onboarding and first-level support, and can work with white-label or exclusivity where approved.

How is commission calculated?

Commission depends on partner tier: 5% for Prime, 10% for Premier and 20% for Platinum.

What does upfront bonus mean?

The upfront bonus is a one-off payment per licence for new customers, up to 100 kr. for Prime, 200 kr. for Premier and 300 kr. for Platinum.

Can we get white-label?

White-label is primarily relevant for Platinum partners and is assessed individually.

Can we get exclusivity?

Exclusivity and market rights can be agreed individually for Platinum partners with concrete targets for sales and market coverage.

Who handles support?

Prime and Premier have Fogito as their technical support engine. Platinum partners handle first-level support, while Fogito provides second-level support and platform support.
