How to schedule maintenance on locations

Attach maintenance to an address, make the task recurring and gather all history and documentation on the location itself.

Step by step

  1. Create the location

    Register the address and link it to the customer, for example a property, a department or a plant room.

  2. Create the maintenance task

    Describe what should be checked or serviced, and assign a responsible employee and a deadline.

  3. Make the task repeat

    Choose an interval that matches the agreement, for example filter changes monthly or inspections quarterly, so visits are planned automatically.

  4. Put a checklist on the task

    Use a form or checklist so the employee documents the same points on every visit.

  5. Follow the history on the location

    Every completed visit with its documentation sits on the location, ready for customer questions or inspections.
