2. What information we process

When you use the forms on fogito.com (book a demo, contact or partner application), we process the information you enter yourself: name, company, email, phone number, subject and your message, along with which page the enquiry was sent from. In addition, our servers record technical log data such as IP address and timestamp, used for operations and security.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to answer your enquiry, to plan and follow up on a demo, or to handle a partner application. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us (GDPR article 6(1)(f)), and taking steps ahead of a possible agreement (article 6(1)(b)).

4. Processors and third parties

  • Hetzner · hosting in the EU, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.
  • Resend · technical delivery of form messages to our mailbox.
  • CrowdStrike · security monitoring of the underlying infrastructure.

5. Cookies and statistics

fogito.com sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. Should that change, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

6. Storage

Enquiries are kept in our mail system for as long as the dialogue is current, and are then deleted on an ongoing basis. If your company becomes a customer or partner, relevant information forms part of the agreement and is kept under the rules that apply to it, including the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to the processing, and ask for restriction or portability of data. Write to info@fogito.com, and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, via datatilsynet.dk.
