What does Fogito cost?

What is the difference between a full user and an app user?
A full user has access to the web and all modules in the plan. An app user works only in the mobile app with their own tasks, time, photos and chat. These are typically the field staff, and they cost 79 kr. per month regardless of plan.
Is there a commitment or minimum purchase?
The shown price applies with annual billing. With monthly billing the price is 20 % higher. Minimum 495 kr. per month per account.
What does GPS & fleet cost?
79 kr. per vehicle per month plus hardware, which can be bought or rented. Hardware and installation are settled in the demo, and advanced vehicle data depends on what the installed hardware supports.
What do helpdesk and the customer portal cost?
Helpdesk costs 99 kr. per agent per month and is included in Fogito Facility. The customer portal costs from 495 kr. per month per active portal, and the customer’s portal users are free.
Can we change or expand the plan later?
Yes. The plans are starting points on the same platform, so modules can be added and the plan can be changed as the need grows.
Is onboarding included?
A setup process is agreed as part of the quote. The scope depends on workflow, data volume and complexity.
Does Fogito offer a free trial?
Fogito is primarily demo-led. An assisted trial can be used after a qualified demo, if it fits the process.
Are the prices final?
Prices are indicative starting prices. The final quote depends on modules, number of users, vehicles and any hardware, and is put together after the demo.
