Quotes and contracts

How to create a quote

Choose the customer, build the quote with line items, prices and terms, then save it or send it following your process.

Step by step

  1. Choose the customer

Find the customer, or create it first, so the quote lands in the customer’s history with the right recipient.

  2. Build the quote with line items

Add one line per service or product with quantity, unit and price, for example hours, materials and driving as separate lines.

  3. Add terms and validity

Write conditions, reservations and how long the quote is valid, so an acceptance is unambiguous.

  4. Save or send

Save the quote as a draft for internal approval, or send it to the customer right away, depending on your process.
