Get off to a clean start with core data, invited employees, your first customer and your first task, without drowning in setup.
Step by step
- Create your company’s core data
Start with name, address, contact details, time zone, currency and relevant defaults.
- Invite employees
Add employees and give them roles so they get access to the right parts of the platform.
- Create your first customer
Add the customer so tasks, quotes and invoicing can link to the same customer data.
- Create your first task
Create a task, assign responsibility and add a deadline.
- Add documentation
Save notes, files or photos on the task.
