How to view trip history
Pick a vehicle and a period, then review routes, stops and parking, either as documentation or for internal follow-up.
Step by step
- Choose a vehicle in the fleet overview
Open the GPS module and select the vehicle from the list or on the map.
- Narrow the period
Pick a date or time range, for example yesterday, last week or a specific working day.
- Review the trips
Each trip shows its route on the map with start, stop, parking and duration, so you can see where the vehicle has been.
- Use the trips as documentation
Use the history when a customer asks about a visit, for mileage reconciliation or for internal follow-up on driving.
