How to use activity history

Filter the activity history by user and period to see who changed what, whenever internal control or a customer answer calls for it.

Step by step

  1. Find the history

    Open the activity history on the task, project, customer or module.

  2. Filter by user

    Find actions from a specific employee.

  3. Filter by period

    Choose the relevant date or period.

  4. Review changes

    See status changes, updates and key actions.

  5. Use it for follow-up

    Use the history for internal control, audit dialogue or customer responses.
